Non-scale victory of the week!

I received my first complement from my sister about being active. That was a big moment for me. Feeling less forced-stretching happening in my work pants were nice as well. The best win for the week: Running around with my nephew and being able to do multiple rounds without having to stop out of overexerting my lungs: less tired.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Exercising more. I have to be less self conscious about getting my exercise in my daily life. Just because it is uncomfortable doesn't mean I shouldn't do it. Like the saying goes, "nothing great is ever really easy."

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Make a stronger effort daily!! Exercising and eating. Eat better meals by planning them ahead of the moment. Binge eating is being curbed but not totally. Work ok preparing healthy, filling meals.

Making mostly meals that included one vegetable or more.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Everything. Food choices on the way to and from AZ. Driving long distances is terrible.

I will make an effort to really get exercise to at least 30 minutes each day. I pledge to get better at food choices. Focus is the key now.

Long-term goal weight

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

the long term goal feels unreachable but I have to go for it to be the healthy person I deserve to be. I cannot live in an obese life and pretend that life is not unhealthy anymore. I have to take responsibility and accountability for my own choices in all things including career, food, exercise and ways I help my personal relationships with those I love.
