Non-scale victory of the week!
I received my first complement from my sister about being active. That was a big moment for me. Feeling less forced-stretching happening in my work pants were nice as well. The best win for the week: Running around with my nephew and being able to do multiple rounds without having to stop out of overexerting my lungs: less tired.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Exercising more. I have to be less self conscious about getting my exercise in my daily life. Just because it is uncomfortable doesn't mean I shouldn't do it. Like the saying goes, "nothing great is ever really easy."

Make a stronger effort daily!! Exercising and eating. Eat better meals by planning them ahead of the moment. Binge eating is being curbed but not totally. Work ok preparing healthy, filling meals.
