Thank you. 1. Dont give in to temptation at work. My coworkers always want to order carry out for lunch. I politely decline and eat my healthier food from home. (ITS THE HARDEST THING EVER!) 2. Make time to exercise. Even if its just cleaning one room of your house or folding some laundry. It beats just sitting on the couch doing nothing. 3. Count calories. It helps to really see what you are putting in your body.
