I was sick and busy with finals for the last few weeks, but I'm satisfied with not gaining weight over the holidays.

I sprained my right ankle :( It's too cold for me to bike now, but hope to get my gym membership this week. I really need to have warmer and less ankle-intense exercise options around, plus the end of the semester might drive me crazy with stress. If anyone has exercise tips for ankle sprains let me know!

Congrats Julia on your recent weight loss! As you know, I'm hosting a new diet bet, "Fatty No More," which begins after Labor Day on Friday, Sept. 6. The bet is only $20. The weigh in dates are Sept. 4,5 and 6. The game ends on Friday, Oct. 4.
