Non-scale victory of the week!

Knowing I was going into 3 dietbets, all bets were off on eating. I did indulge.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I jumped back on the healthy wagon after falling. For some healthy meals in and found a new favorite app, mealime. It has awesome meals and a user friendly approach.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

No exercise, other than work/volunteering. I let stress get the better of me and I ate to compensate. However, I picked myself up and am pushing forward. My life is worth more than eating bad food and letting things get to me. I am strong.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Lots of movement and getting caught up on sleep last night, gotta remember sleep is important every nite.

Eat less sweets. Aka don't buy them.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I grocery shopped and got a ton of great fruits and veggies. Even better I food prepped most of it, so when I am exhausted after work, it's not as much of a chore to cook dinner. So that is a victory. I did but some unhealthy goodies though, and that is a hard temptation to pass, but I believe in moderation vs. Denial, so as long as I don't eat all of the extras in a week, I will be good ??

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Portion control, I have been pretty good prior to this week, but medications have upped my hunger, so tuning into my body's signals and knowing how much is enough is going to be a new goal this upcoming week.

I want to exercise, I do move, but I have been pretty lethargic. I know once I do move more I will have more energy. Also I need to start taking ibuprofen in the am so being sore doesn't become my go to excuse.

I garden, but I would like to walk my dogs for more consistent energy, also, they would enjoy it too. At least 4x a week.
