Hi Jamaica..I have a quick question are suppose to do our last weigh in today with a picture or do we wait on 8-15-12 and weigh in with a pic of our final weight?

To be honest I have no idea. Lol. My weigh in was in the evening. Also yesterday was the first day in a long time where I was disciplined enough to stay within my 1300 calorie intake, and I also worked out twice that day.
