Hi Blondie...good! I'm glad someone asked me about it. I've been yo-yo dieting for the past 15 years and everything I've done in the past just isn't working anymore. I was down to eating 1200 calories AND exercising on top of that and found out that I've been in starvation mode for YEARS. My body has had enough and is holding on to everything.
