Here are a couple things I've learned at Metabolic Nikki!1. Don't eat carrots -they turn into sugar 2. Don't eat onions - they turn into sugar3. Don't eat grapes - tremendously high in sugar (terrible for diabetics!) If you want onions use only the green onions.
