  • Frozen zucchini, almond milk, protein powder, cocoa, a little honey and stevia. (No ice, the frozen zucchini replaces it!)
    I’m really mind blown how yummy this is!! It’s so creamy and there is NO zucchini flavor whatsoever.

Oooh I'm going to have to try this to switch it up from my usual (spinach, coconut milk, vanilla protein, honey, and frozen pineapple).

**CHALLENGE ALERT**
HAPPY MONDAY ROCKSTARS!! Sometimes the trick to the next weight loss isn’t a new method but a new recipe. This week’s weight loss challenge is to make sure you eat 2 cups of veggies by 2 pm. This helps your weight as well as health and sense of control throughout the day. This Greek cauliflower rice recipe is one of my favorites and is full of a variety of veggies.

My go-to are sliced bell peppers and carrots and a veggie dip with plain Greek yogurt seasoned with green chile spices, yummy!
