Non-scale victory of the week!

I fit into my skinny jeans!!!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I was worried about being on my period so I skipped a few meals to make sure I lost enough to win even with the period weight... I was way under and now I regret being so hungry haha

How many days did you exercise last week?

Maintenance. I always bounce back up after hitting my goal.
