Don't forget that food intake is 95% of the battle. It would take running 5-7 hours to burn ONE pound. But our bodies can burn that in a few days just by eating cleanly. This is just to cheer you on. I know you must be frustrated, but don't get inside your own head. Fork to mouth. Hope your ACL is better soon.
