Wonderful! Thank you so much for quitting! You know first hand how much heart ache it would cause your loved ones to watch you go through that same battle. Do it for yourself, because you are a strong, proud, runner and smoking does not fit into that life style. And do it for your loved ones, because it will make you an amazing role model for your kids. You will do this!!
