thanks, it's been rough with the weather. I don't have the option to go to a gym. it rained all day today and it's suppose to rain in the morning tomorrow, I am hopeful to b able to jog in the evening

Keep going! I know this is a weight loss "game", but remember, the most important thing is to get healthy. And with the running, eating better, and quitting smoking, you are doing that! You can do it!!!!

thanks, I just get so annoyed with it all. I think I'm just going to stay away from the scale until the end.
