Hi Raj, I'm trying Intermittent Fasting myself! I find it to be easier NOT thinking about food--i.e., fasting--than to be constantly wondering what I should be eating and worrying about the consequences of what I put in my mouth. I'm still battling with the hungers pains, though; plus, it's hard having small children in the house who love junk food! Good luck to you!
