I never lose weight.. ever.. and the first two weeks i was walking 2 miles. I think i lost 4 pounds and easily gained it when i stopped or ate something horrible. this week i lost 8 pounds by just simply running for 3 minutes during my 1 mile walk. i know that seems ridiculous but it was really hard for me to run 3 minutes straight i weigh a lot and never ran in my life. every morning i wake up the scale is dropping. i'm watching what i eat a little. I've had cake 2 nights in a row for a birthday and the weight is still coming off. i didn't think i would meet my goal weight for this dietbet at all. i don't know if you run or not but try it out :) :) :)
