How did you workout go yesterday darlin? Mine was rough, but I did it. 20 mins walking, 15 elliptical, and 15 mins weight training. I'm feeling it today. I haven't worked out in the gym in over 2 weeks!!!

I didnt end up going to the gym but I did my few things, situps/pushups/jumping jacks . It took me all of 10 minutes. I could have given more but I have been working alot and even right now i am at the school; am for the rest of the week too!! I know that is not an excuse I just cant seem to get up in the morning anymore I am just sooo tired!!! I will do my situps/pushups/jumping jacks again today and will add 3 intervals of HOPEFULLY 2 minute planks! I havent planked in almost a month so i am probably down to square one again!

That sounds great! I'm headed to the gym tonight with a friend. I'm thinking a few weights and 30 mins of cardio. Then I'm going to treat myself with 10 mins in the sauna! :0)
