What are your goals for the upcoming week?
I was so discouraged that I cochlear not dip to 144 or below, it was like that 1/2 pound said nope… not gonna happen. I tried more exercise, I tried less food, made no difference for the last month. I was getting mad. I asked for advice and it was suggest that I try no carbs one day and carbs the next and then try a 20 hour fast. So I did and bam, the last 1/2 pound came right off!!! the shirt I wore for today’s weigh in was the same one from Jan 1st when it was skin tight, now it is loose!!! love it!
