Thanks for reaching out! Your loss this year is great! I started out last year at 240 and as of this morning, I'm at 219. I was down to 213 about a month ago but I just stopped caring and went back to old habits. I realized if I continued until I felt I wanted to do something again, I'd be starting over from the beginning. I'm also on fit bit (karriblue@aol.com) and MyFitnessPal (karriblue) but I will add you. I haven't been using either recently but my little goal for today is to drink my 80oz of water. I'm fighting a horrible cold so I figure that's at least something and I honestly don't remember the last time I had a glass of water. So.....baby steps....
