50,000 is cake :) you got this!! When I first got my fitbit 2 years ago, I found I was only taking about 3k steps per day. Now I average 15,000/day. Took me a looooong time to get to that many (mostly my brain got in the way), but you can do it!

Small changes add up, most definitely!! I've gone to the open face concept, too, because I'm used to eating 2 sandwiches at once....now I have 2 with 1/2 the bread :)

Sandwiches are my pleasure also. I use sandwich thins in place of bread, well they are bread just thinner. They come in white, wheat and whole grain. That way I get my top and bottom and they are just 80 calories total. Just another way to keep the sandwich in our lives!
