No change yet. But I'm also feeling burnt out in general with my whole diet/fitness plan, and haven't been working out every day. Going to try to finish this bet strong, but probably going to take a break for about a month afterwards...

At least 70/30, if not more. I think you can use the "extra credit" concept once you've reached your target...until then you need to maximise the calorie deficit as you need to be 500 calories a day below maintenance to lose one pound per week (or 1000 a day for two pounds per week etc)
