Congratulations on your engagement! How exciting that you'll be married in 5 months. If you're like me - too much pressure to lose during this time may cause you to infact gain. I hope and pray for you that we and this dietbet can help. I see so much of myself in your post. I have been dieting for as long as I remember. I remember the days my mom would serve me ginger snaps, strawberry and imitation crab...it was some weight loss concoction (yea right). By now, we could come together and write a book about what to do; but somehow it just doesn't stick for us. Not this time. In 2016 We Will Be A Success Story!
