Non-scale victory of the week!
This month was a struggle to stay fully motivated. Almost quit but decided I wasn't going to give up on what I want just because it was hard and not perfect. Going to keep going regardless of scale because I see difference in my body. Want to win this next bet and then practice moderation for a couple weeks before next one.
