Happy birthday to me! I'm 36 today, and my goal for the past year or so has been to be more fit at 40 than I was 35. To that end, I took my daughter hiking yesterday, which involved some trail running since she's 4, and I'll be hitting the treadmill tomorrow for Week 1 Day 3 of the Couch to 5K program. It feels good to be making strides with my cardio, as this has always been my weakest area when it comes to fitness. Have a great day, all!
