Fit some pants perfectly that would have been tight a few weeks ago.

Pushed harder during my workouts and better water intake.

Confident that I can do this! The battle is all in my head. I came to that realization this week.

Won a few more daily battles & began exercises.

24 hour fast into an egg fast and then strict Keto. Strict exercise each day beginning at a half hour a day.

I did not get any exercise in so far. I know it’s necessary.

Prep was great! I just need to eat what I prepped.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I went off meal plan 2 times and felt really guilty afterwards. I could do better sticking to my planned menu.

It’s a snow day today. No reason not to get a great workout in at home. Also continue with prep and sticking to my meal plan.
