Non-scale victory of the week!

I only took 2 drinks out of my mocha coffee from McDonald's, and I only took 2 bites of my sugar free chocolate pudding! Other than that I did full keto for 5 FULL DAYS!!! That is HUGE for me!! I know that sounds like nothing, pft 5 days. But when you stay home sick, it's SO hard to go from eating whatever you want, to eating ONLY no carbs!! It has been a struggle but I am stronger than my cravings and my mind.

I didn't go work out my arms this week just because I was so tired and got the keto flew a little,

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Go to the gym at least once. If not 2-3 times. And I would like to eat more calories because I do not think I'm eating enough somedays! And definitely need to go to sleep earlier, I haven't been going to sleep until between 4-6 am and then sleeping until noon!! Ugh! Have to change that! I would like to wake up earlier too!
