If I could get this lazy out of me, I'd be so much better. Lost 4 lbs last week but the weekend was my downfall, so back at it again today and hoping to start working out this week. How's it going for you?

I have been doing good....I have been to busy to think let alone cheat...LOL. Keep up the good work...have a day that you let go a little is not bad in the big picture if you try to find healthier ways to let go!
