How are you doing? just a few days to go! I am amazed at how much water can be lost if you drink more water, try to eat less salt - really read those labels! and eat more raw fruits and vegetables! I believe you can do this! I was shocked this morning at a one pound loss over night! (now if I can do that two more times I will have a shot at winning myself! haha) YOU CAN DO THIS!

That is awesome!!! I have bee working on drinking more water!! That definitely helps me too. the weekends kill me. I need more will power :) I will get there. I know it takes baby steps. Thanks for checking in .
