Runnibg 5 minutes straight and repeating 3 times with walks in between... Cleaning out storage room and closet

Non-scale victory of the week!

Making the majority of my meals at home and with food from the grocery store, drinking plenty of water, walking/jogging everyday to make 10,000 steps, logging calories everyday, dhopping for new clothes and feeling okay about it.

Not eating so late, keeping kitchen clean to maximize use of food in refrigerator
