Hi FamFit players!! Here is a great tool to calculate your Total Daily Energy Expenditure.. this gives you an idea of how many cals to intake based on your energy expenditure.

Once you fill out info it takes you to your results page…scroll down to access Macronutrients and tap on CUTTING, there you will find your cal intake. I use MyFitness Pal, its free as well. Lets have some fun! 💪
