Hey! It's 30g flaxseed, 1 egg, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1bsp low fat cream cheese, punch stevia-I put it into a mug and mix up then into the microwave for 1 minute :) sometimes I double it up in a larger container. You can eat it hot or leave it to cool then slice and toast it like bread! It's a bit like soda bread :) good lunch with the next week and a bit! Xxxxx

I don't have any tips for the last lb, I'm stuck there too I can't wait to drop it! I wonder if my goal was to lose more it might be easier- is the last pound hard psychologically?

Maybe! In trying to convince myself that I don't care then maybe it'll just drop off! Not going to weigh myself for a few days, I think that may help too :) best of luck xxxxx
