Excellent work. Let's keep this going! We all did such a great job of motivating each other — I want to keep the momentum going.

I'm thinking of organizing a game: Robin's Nest in a few days... Are you interested in maybe joining if I do? They say if the bet is $35, there is a greater likelihood of success. What do you think?

Still 100%! You are a RockStar! I have to lose 3 lbs in 4 days. I've done it before, but you never know... sometimes things don't go as you plan. I'm going to give it a mad surge for these last 4 days and see what I can do. No food after 6pm (I usually eat supper at like 8:30 pm) and some super local foods. I hope I can pull this off!

Thanks :) It's going up and down but now the up seems to below the target so I should be ok...still, had a rough day today!! 3lbs is definitely do-able...maybe try a detox? They can help you get off a plateau and then you'll be ready to keep losing for the other game :)

Thanks for your comments Fels! I'm friending you in this game so we can help inspire eachother. I joined the Jillian Michaels game too, which just started yesterday. There is still time to join if you want in! ... though looking at your weight, I'm sure you look great already! Good Luck!

Thanks! I'm not sure how to accept but will do my best :) Tempted to try the Jillian one too... I bought one of her dvds a few months ago and managed...3 days :P

Yup, her exercise program is killing me. I think it is too tough for me, but it is an inspiration to do more easy exercises instead. I joined 3 games this time, only because I just started this DietBet site. I figured that at the start of a diet you are bound to drop the most weight, so I am probably going to be more able to succeed in hitting the 4% in the first month than any other time. Who knows what I'll do later, but for now, I figured I'm maximize my inspritation... and hopefully my winnings. ;)
