I could have refused a eat half of a piece of tres leches cake.

My goals for this week are to get more sleep, incorporate meditation for relaxation purposes, and to eat cleaner than last week even though I did well.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I bought pants about a month ago that I couldn't fit...until last week! I bought them a little smaller on purpose and I'm glad I did. I was soo proud of myself and it gave me so much motivation to keep going. My weight wasn't down, but I definitely loss noticeable inches!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I really wish I wouldn't have had a piece of carrot cake.

I will meal prep this week and minimize my sugar intake in my morning coffees. I will also incorporate an extra day to workout.
