If you're weighing yourself at different time of the day, this could be the reason. It's best to weight yourself 1st thing in the morning after you pee (: haha. That means on an empty stomach! If you already do this, it could be a problem with your scale.

No I always try and weigh myself at the same time of day( in the morning after I pee lol) and I have a 2.5 pound difference from yesterdays weigh in (lighter thankfully)
