Non-scale victory of the week!

Got my husband on the exercise trail. So happy to have him going to the gym with my. He even suggested a Rumba class that kicked out butts!

No sweets or cola this week!! YEA!!

Maybe go to bed earlier. I've been up later to do work this week it's been real busy.

I'm okay with a one lb weight loss since I started on the 29th. Actually I'm really happy. This is the first time I've done dietbet with my husband. He lost 3.5 pounds so I'm going to have to remember men lose faster and not get discouraged.

I was out and didn't have water with me so I bought a coke. I was dying for one. I feel bad but learned I need to take water with me.
