I'm okay with a one lb weight loss since I started on the 29th. Actually I'm really happy. This is the first time I've done dietbet with my husband. He lost 3.5 pounds so I'm going to have to remember men lose faster and not get discouraged.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I was out and didn't have water with me so I bought a coke. I was dying for one. I feel bad but learned I need to take water with me.
