Excited your giving us another try. If I can do anything to help you reach goal just let me know. Would be happy to answer questions or give you suggestions. Here to support and cheer for you. You and your health is definitely worth taking this journey. You can transform your life. You do have the power within you. And always you are enough. Make good little changes every day and they will add up. Try my skinny muffin recipe and try quiting wheat and sugar for a bit maybe. This is what worked for me:)

Saying hi, and hoping you have good luck with your diet bets! I'm in the same boat as you are, with 150 or so to lose. I lost my first diet bet, but thought I would give it a try again, and I seem to be doing okay. You can do this too! If I can do it, so can you!

Hey, just wanted to say good luck on your journey. A year and a half ago I was 255 pounds, I'm down 45 pounds and would like to lose another 70. I know it seems overwhelming sometimes, but just try to stay headed in the right direction, even when it's not happening as fast as you would like.
