Kealy, I wanted to leave some instructions on how I cook my popcorn with coconut oil. Put about a tablespoon of coconut oil in the bottom of a pan, along with 2-3 kernels. Then, turn the heat up to high and wait until the kernels stop popping. then I take a handful of kernels (sorry I don't measure) and dump them in. Put lid over the pot, but leave a crack for steam to escape. Once the popping slows to 2-3 seconds in between pops, remove from the heat and enjoy! I usually sprinkle some popcorn salt on top. It's just regular table salt that's been pulverized but they sell it in my local grocery store. SO delicious!
