Thanks so much for posting your cross fit work-out. I did it today and loved it! I did real push-ups, but broke up my sit-ups and push-ups into sets- 50 sit-ups, then 25 push-ups, then 50 sit-ups, then 25 push-ups. I did the burpees last and felt like I was going to die!!! I'd love to learn more of your work-outs. I liked that I didn't need anything except my treadmill and some motivation!
