I lost a total of 93 pounds water fasting but turn back to my unhealthy eating and gained it all back now I've changed my eating habits to living a raw food lifestyle and exercise at least 30 mins a day 3 days of the week and will start water fasting on the last couple of pounds I need to lose to get healthy since the last couple of pounds will be the hardest to lose than return back to raw food lifestyle there's so many good recipes yesterday I made a raw vegan cheesecake !
