Congrats Bev on your recent weight loss!!

Just to let you know, I'm hosting a new diet bet, "Fatty No More," which begins after Labor Day on Friday, Sept. 6. The bet is only $20. The weigh in dates are Sept. 4,5 and 6. The game ends on Friday, Oct. 4.

I added more exercise to my life and in 3 days gained back a pound...if anyone tells me it is muscle I will throw up!

Thank you Lori! Your plan is a good one! I have always enjoyed walking so very much that is does not seem like exercise to me. I am sure if I walked as fast as you need to it would not be as enjoyable for me. I will say logging my food is a REAL eye opener and it keeps me on track. I was quite surprised to look at the scale this morning. Food journaling always works best for me in weight loss. I just have no idea what I eat until I see it in black and white. You are right we will do great. I am praying for all of our success!

Great job Bev! Keep up the good work. I'm going to concentrate more this month on eating and then incorporate a walk in a couple days a week. My problem is writing before I bite. Keep it up. We are are going to do awesome!

my best advice today is ...get a workout partner to double your chance of getting fitter...working out with someone who is much more fit than you are (40% better being their ideal), may motivate you to workout harder and longer than you would if you were paired with someone who matched your fitness level. So, try working out with someone who’s a little more advanced fitness wise or try a more difficult exercise class. Just listen to your body and stop when you need to. I think having someone younger than I am helps me "keep on movin"

I unlocked the photos and the weight...it is what it is with this body and if I am going to win this battle of the bulge I have to show it all like on the Biggest Loser show I think!
