Non-scale victory of the week!

Running 2 miles with heart rate NOT in the 190s.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Cut back on the impulsive eating....and remembering to take the meds that help me be less impulsive!!!

I'm gonna sign up for some 5Ks to keep myself accountable, and get out and run with no more than 1 day in between runs. I'll look at this picture to remind myself how I looked last time after I did this.
