Happened to me last night!! I ha a few crackers and for a second I felt i needed more! I ate 2 more and thought ... Wait a second ... These aren't THAT great and put them away.

You can have a little fruit but a lot of fruit is high in sugar like oranges and watermelon and also high in carbs like bananas. If you do plan to eat a lot of fruit just balance it out elsewhere.
