Mary....looks like you are pretty committed to losing inches and pounds...thats alotta games...lol how is your food/exercise plan going?

I have a very good routine down during the week, but the weekends throw me off a bit. It's still a work in progress, lol. How is yours going? Looks like you are doing great!

I generally do better at losing weight if I have a group. This is perfect for me. I am avoiding going to the movies though....lol my husband and I love popcorn at the movies. So we have decided it will be a treat after the final weighin for this game. I probably will join another game to keep going. I'm also way more motivated to exercise seeing what everyone else is doing. I could barely walk a mile at first now on up to 5 miles.....and having fun!!! I'm concentrating on eating really clean and drinking lots of water
