I was on the bike at work for about4 hours... a lot of that time I was chatting with people, but I'm sure I got in at least 45min of actual riding. It felt good. Going to try to do some today.

I had a pretty good day. Ate out for lunch since I didn't make time to pack- buffalo chicken on flatbread at Subway. I recommend it!

So, I weighed in....BAAAAD! I guess that give me room for improvement and it was lower than my start weight last time. I'm going to hit it hard- short term motivation: dr's appt next week. Boo

Yes, you can join any time in the first 2 weeks but still have to lose 4% not matter when you join. I looked for one that just started to keep momentum going....
