Hey I'm down 23 pounds in the past 5 weeks. Do you need tips on weight loss? The biggest thing that helped me is calorie counting and weighing out my food. I eat anywhere from 1400 to 2000 a day with 200 to 250 grams of protean. With 4 to 5 small meals a day. But I do go to the gym 12 to 14 times a week.
