so inspiring! i'm also doing medifast, this was my first month and first time on dietbet. would you recommend doing it every month? i was worried to sign up for the next one...

Thank you Paris!!! I have to say that I was worried after the 1st one as well but I just kept going. Started with on bet and then two and now I am doing 4 at a time. I love dietbet and probably wouldnt have stuck with Medifast 100% if I wasnt doing the bets. I will keep doing these all the way till I reach my goal weight. I have 9 more pounds to go. I say keep going. I cant hurt.

Watch your sodium intake and drink more H2O! I did Medifast years ago and I know it really gets tough at the end! Good luck! You can STILL do it!
