chatting and your advice would be grateful. Alittle over six months ago i had a little girl and i have not been able to keep the weight off. im stuck on my pregnancy eating habits. Does insanity really help? ive seen all kinds of pics of people before and after theyve done it id just like to know if they are true.

Insanity is great. It works and its hard but its also amazing. I think the before and after photos are real but im pretty sure those people did the full program very strictly with the full diet plan too. The easiest thing ive ever done to lose weight quickly was using medifast with the help of my health coach and additional support through take shape for life
