Thanks! I sure do hope so! When I'm sitting at work I feel like I'm not trying hard enough. But when I AM out there, putting in the time and the miles on the pavement I can't help but think "omfg this is hard and too much!!" Lol

The one of me in the pink tank top was 3 days ago at 235lbs. Keep in mind I am 5'10 and I am a woman (i got junk in the trunk) If my weight was on someone who was 5'2, for example, they would look a lot different than I do. Someone my height should be around 160-180. I've got a long way to go!

Yea but you can do it you have to eat clean during the week but can have a cheat day as long as you keep it reasonable.
