July 4th weekend saw me jump 1.8 lbs. It's OK to have a bad moment. Just keep yourself from letting one big meal get converted into an entire day of bad ideas. You can have nice things, but just get a few bites, a cupped handful. Stay away from processed foods and keep to fresh fruits and vegetable combinations. You'll see the difference, trust me. (18 lbs lost in two months) Don't forget to burn 500 calories almost every day. Burn the candle at both ends.
