Non-scale victory of the week!
It was our annual beach trip...so my NSV was that I had a blast and wore a bathing suit all week

Everything, haha. More water, less mindless snacking, less alcohol...and the list goes on.

Exercise at least 3 times, log my food daily in my FitBit app, and make nutritious food choices that are high in protein and low in simple carbs.
