I am a fan of the workout plan! I added in a few more biceps and triceps exercises but I like the variety. I have been really trying to watch what I eat and log it on my fitness pal. When I am away for a weekend it's tough but am trying to just be more aware. My body is feeling good and I got my first compliment the other day from one of the rugby guys asking if I have been working out It was a big motivator. :-) when is your bikini contest? Thanks for the motivation. It really helps!
