Kate have you had success with Shakeology drinks

Yes and no. When I first started using them they made a big difference. After a while, not so much. Not sure if my body just adjusted or if something else changed, but after awhile I stopped feeling full. I seemed to eat just as much as I did without the shakes and it just wasnt worth the money. Its over $100 a month. Good luck if you try them!!
